Become a Friend or Patron of St Michael’s In response to popular demand we have revised and simplified the form for enrolment as a Friend or Patron. The results are shown by clicking on the links below. For those who are UK taxpayers and who wish to give or have recently
given to St Michaels, Gift Aid forms are available in the church or from
the Treasurer on request The
Friends of St Michael’s – A Progress Report Your
response in the first year of the Friends of St Michael’s has been
generous indeed. The amount paid or pledged
during that year was about 19,000 euros (or £13,000) in all. This
amount includes some one-off contributions and I estimate the amount
pledged so far which could be classed as continuing income at around 6,000
– 8,000 euros a year. The
annual income of the chaplaincy over the past few years has been around
30,000 euros, of which around 11,000 euros is from the collection – so
the income from the Friends and Patrons will be a great help. The
priority now is to sustain the momentum and to encourage as many Friends
and Patrons as possible to continue their support. Hugh
